Deep Inside My Mind by Milou

I am Milou, and I just like to have fun and do my best
I am green like the outside world full of mystery and
adventure

I am an eagle, flying independently among the clouds,
visiting places around the world

I am a tree stretching high beyond reach,
meeting all my goals

I am the stars lighting the way for all the lost
I am a rock and just want to be myself, and no one can
destroy or change me

I am a lemon, a sour fruit sometimes, but still I made a
scrumptious lemonade

I am a eraser, sometimes smudged with dirt and mud,
but I continue completing my job

I am curious, always ready to know more and discover
the unknown

I Am

A LIFE PASS BY – by Milou

In school we learn about addition
Along with subtraction and division
We learn about animals in extinction
As well as people with affliction

At university, you learn a profession
And often life is a big depression
Struggling through you continue your life
You get a villa, a car, and maybe a wife

I should probably, be through all that
And have a job, a house, and a Siamese cat
But since I never did what they told me
I sadly still am left in pre…..

Down with math

What’s the quotient of 14 through seven?
Or the answer of 20 times 11?
Many are unable to figure such out
From every country round about

I say it’s unfair and totally unkind
To be so extremely mean and grind
Of forcing us to reuse and retell
Research, retrain, and even respell

Everything in math we learn
So listen folks, now it’s my turn
I say we unplug our math senses and skills
And return them all to a far away hill

Where we found these powers of head aches and stresses
So now I believe that everyone confesses
That math CAN be pretty stressing and boring
And that you’d rather hear lions roaring

But we all disagree on one little thing
On that math can help us in everything
I do confess that math is useful
But only for those that are good in school…
