#2. Books I like

Milou’s book reviews: Books by Roald Dahl

Roald Dahl - Revolting RhymesDo you think Cinderella married the prince and lived happily ever after, and that the three little pigs outsmarted the wolf? Think again! Premier storyteller Roald Dahl twists the fate of six favorite fairy tales, in this picture book edition with vibrant new cover art by Quentin Blake. Fairy tales have never been more revolting!

Book review by Milou
Revolting rhymes is a book with a lot of humor. It is one of my favorite books by Roald Dahl. It is ridiculously funny and makes old fairy tales be the funniest story ever heard! The story is written poetic, which means it is a story with rhymes and couplets and all other things a poem has. Revolting rhymes also uses good adjectives. So get that book in your hands and start reading!!! It’s a very funny book for kids.

#3. Browsing the Web

I really enjoy browsing the web but sometimes it is very difficult to find things. One of the tricks you probably already know is to put your keywords, at least two or more, in “quotation marks”. If you are googling for “funny poems for kids” you will get better results.

Do you like to paint funny easter pictures? The other day I was googling and found a really neat and freeware program for kids. Tux Paint is a free, award winning drawing program for children ages 3 -12. It is easy to install and my little sister and I use it and we have a lot of fun.
